Fair Debt Collections Practices Act Violations
The Fair Debt Collections Practices Act (FDCPA) provides various protections for individuals that are being contacted by Debt Collectors regardless of the validity of the debt.  Debt collectors cannot engage in harassing acts such as contacting you at work or making threats.  Additionally, we will advise the debt collectors that we are representing you and that they should cease and desist from any further contact with you or your family.   Once we notify the debt collectors that they are to cease all contact with you, any violation of that notification will result in an FDCPA violation which is punishable by up to $1,000.00 per violation and any actual damages, such as mental anguish, that you have suffered.  We know that having debt collectors continue to call you and harass you takes an emotional toll.  We can stop it once and for all at little cost to you.  Contact us and let us show you how to stop the calls and letters immediately.
